Club Rules.

1. The club shall be called Dacorum Fencing Club, and Dacorum Buccaneers

2. It will be based at a suitable venue within the Hemel Hempstead area

3. The purpose of the club is to provide the opportunity for members and guests to learn and develop fencing skills throughout the year

4. Membership.
   Full Membership - any fully paid up member of any of the fencing sessions throughout the year. Full members have full voting rights.
   Junior Membership - Any fully paid up member of the junior section of the club, Dacorum Buccaneers. Junior members have no voting rights.
   Guest membership - to pay a nominated fee for a single nights membership of the club. Guest members have no voting rights.
   Honorary Membership - to be granted as appropriate. No fee payable. Honorary members have full voting rights.

5. Subscriptions.
   To be paid in advance of each twelve or eleven week session by cheque, or on a monthly basis in advance by standing order. Fees and payment methods will be reviewed each year at the AGM. Non payment of fees due will result in exclusion from the club.

6. Club Officials.
   Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, and Armourer - to be elected annually at an AGM.
   Each must stand for re-election each year. No meeting shall be in quorum unless at least two officers and one member are present. All important decisions are to be minuted.

7. Behaviour.
   All members are to abide by the B.F.A. Fencers Code of Conduct and to observe all rules of safety.

8. Meetings.
   AGM to be held annually. One months notice to be given to all members. The committee can also call an EGM at one weeks notice.

9. Change of Rules.
   Rules can be amended at an AGM or EGM. Members are to be notified of any rule changes.

10. Dissolving the Club.
    A resolution to dissolve the club can be made at either an AGM or an EGM. Any outstanding debts are to be cleared and any remaining funds are to be distributed amongst contributing members
