We meet on Thursday evenings at Hemel Hempstead Secondary School, Heath Lane, HP1 1TX in the New Gymnasium at 19.30(see Courses/Session & Costs). We also meet on Tuesday nights at the same venue, but we use the main hall from 19.30 until 21.30. The main hall can be found just down the corridor from the gym.

Evenings generally consist of a 30 minute class stretch, warm up, and footwork exercises, followed by class lessons, and then free play. Tuesdays are for mainly freeplay.

We support the British Fencing Association Grading system, for fencing and coaching. The coaching workshops are generally once a month, see "Courses/Sessions & Costs" link
